Shipping & Returns
Shipping of your package
Each lampshade is made to the order upon receipt of payment. We are committed to deliver the products as quickly as possible within a maximum of 3 weeks (delay may be longer in exceptional period such as the holiday season, balances ..)
Each product will be carefully packaged and shipped via different carriers according to the shipping method chosen by the Customer.
Our return policy is 14 days from the purchase of the product via our website https://www.shedo.fr. Beyond 14 days, the returns policy will no longer be possible except in case of manufacturing problem.
We will only offer refunded returns on defective or damaged products. Deadlines and photos of the fault or damage must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email informing you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your application is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified time period.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same state as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you need to exchange your item for a different size or model, send us an email at email@example.com and send it to the following address:

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the return of your item if it is an exchange. We will pay your shipping costs if you return a defective product.
